Penne with Shrimp and Frescobene Vodka Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. shrimp (16-20 size cleaned and deveined)
- 1 lb. penne pasta
- 1-20 oz. pouch Frescobene Vodka sauce
- Salt and pepper (if using)
Preparation:
- Place Vodka pouch in pot of boiling water and prepare according to package
- Remove pouch from boiling water (with tongs) and add pasta to the pot
- Cook pasta according to box, making sure to add shrimp directly to the pot the last 3 minutes of cooking the pasta
- Drain pasta and shrimp and pour into large pasta bowl
- Cut corner of pouch and add sauce to pasta and shrimp
- Toss and serve

Enjoy with tossed salad and bread.
